Stats meam "shit all" when you met someone seeking help on a night that ...yeh they are right.. temp is dropping, you ring every phone number you can think off but still 5.15pm ring ring ..sorry can't help...5.30pm ring ring...sorry but try......5.40pm...even the 1800 numbers say nothing in your area..nothing in your district. End of night this guy thanks us for helping..........yet I felt totally useless
