Day 332

Ahh, another amazing day I had full of laughter and relaxation. Started with waking up early to paddle with a great crew, Pat taking up the steering challenge and giving me a decent hard paddle. (Yep can see me paddling more : )

Then just enough time to get ready for our trip to Noosa Springs to celebrate a girlfriends 40th birthday. I was with 5 amazing ladies who gelled within 7 mins of meeting each other. Hydro spa, infra saunas and massages, yep feeling relaxed and pretty good right now. What I was grateful for was the great conversations and amazing laughs we had, in the spa and over late lunch with scrumptious food. Still smiling from today about everything, Happy Birthday Carmel thanks for letting me share it with you xo
