For 2013 I have taken on the challenge to focus on the good things in my life. Things I am grateful for...I know it wont be easy to do everyday, but here goes......

Grateful for the quietness while sitting alon the river this morning waiting for the sunrise. Bike riders, walkers or making use of this time of the day.
