Day 8

Today I am grateful for ice and water, which may sound so silly. Though from the time I got up this morning....the cold shower that woke me up, oops another one post walk, ice cubes in my water all day and tonight. Watering my precious chilli plants (ok it was hot so hose myself to). This really made me feel refreshed and alive, eased the humidity, then I thought about the people I heard at the shops, complain about their air-conditioning not working right or shops did not have it on high enough.  Really made me think, while I chose not to have air con, I do have easy access to water (drinkable), I can spoil myself with a cool bath. Many in our world don’t. My memories of some of my travels where I was so thankful for having baby wipes just so I felt abit clean. Spending 10days on an Island in Lake Titicaca, water had double uses (oooo sometimes) mmm
